- Cancellation Within 14 Days: Cancellations initiated by the client within 14 calendar days of the scheduled session date are non-refundable, as the reserved time slot and professional availability cannot be reallocated on short notice.
- Non-Refundable Retainer Deposits: Initial deposit payments submitted to formally secure a date and time slot are strictly non-refundable once preliminary administrative and preparation workflows have commenced, in accordance with applicable European and German civil law provisions governing custom services.
3. Rescheduling in Lieu of Cancellation

4. Service Delivery and Final Balance Non-Refundability
- One-Time Service Nature: All transactions processed via www.followshoot.com are final, one-time service fees corresponding to bespoke photography sessions and subsequent digital asset delivery.
- Post-Delivery Refunds: Once the photography session has been successfully executed and the final edited digital assets have been delivered via secure digital transfer in accordance with our fulfillment timeline, the service is deemed fully rendered. Consequently, requests for refunds or chargebacks submitted after the successful delivery of final media files will not be honored.
